The Pedigree: Kenya AA is celebrated worldwide, but the "Top" designation is reserved for the absolute peak of the harvest. Sourced from family-owned farms at altitudes up to 1,800 meters, these beans are a blend of the legendary SL28 and SL34 varieties—renowned for their electrifying acidity and wine-like complexity.

The Terroir: Grown in the nutrient-rich, deep-red volcanic soil surrounding Mount Kenya, this coffee is Fully Washed and dried on Raised Oxygenated Beds. This meticulous processing ensures the bright citrus and juicy plum notes remain crisp and clean from the first sip to the final drop.
