Shipping Policy
We roast and ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 1 PM EST typically ship the same day. Most customers receive their coffee within 24 hours of it leaving the roastery. Every bag includes a roast date so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard — UPS Ground, FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, or USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed after 1 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Expedited — FedEx Express or UPS Express. Orders placed after 1 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Free Shipping — Available on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States, calculated after discounts and promo codes are applied. Carrier selected at our discretion. Not available on international or wholesale orders.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
United States — We ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
International — We ship to most international destinations via USPS, DHL, or FedEx International. International shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees — these are the responsibility of the recipient. Koffee Kult reserves the right to cancel orders to countries with restrictions on coffee imports.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with your order number and tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to one business day to reflect. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees — carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside our control.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) based on package weight and dimensions. Sales tax is not applied to shipping fees. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
