ORDERING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way.
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. To see if we ship to your location, simply add your items to cart and enter your address at checkout — available shipping options and rates will display automatically. If no shipping options appear, we're not yet able to ship to that country.
We roast to order and move quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately at support@koffeekult.com and we'll do our best to help.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can manage your subscription — including changing your coffee, grind size, frequency, and shipping address — by logging into your account and visiting the subscription portal. HERE

I ordered on Amazon — can you help me?
Orders placed on Amazon are fulfilled through Amazon's platform and must be handled through Amazon customer support. We're unable to access or modify Amazon orders from our end. Please visit Amazon's Help Center or contact Amazon directly for assistance with those orders.
COFFEE & ROASTING
All of our coffee is craft roasted right here in Hollywood, Florida. We've been roasting since 2012 and take pride in small-batch quality control on every roast.
Our Light roasts preserve the natural origin flavors of the bean — bright, complex, and nuanced. Medium roasts are balanced with a smooth, well-rounded cup. Dark roasts are bold, rich, and full-bodied with a deep finish. We recommend trying a sample pack if you're not sure where to start.
We do not currently offer USDA organic certified coffee. We source high-quality specialty grade beans and prioritize cup quality, traceability, and freshness above all.
We do not offer flavored coffee. We carry a limited selection of K-Cups in Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Decaf only — we don't offer other varieties in pod format.
FRESHNESS & QUALITY
We roast to order. Your coffee is roasted after you place your order and ships within 1–3 business days — so you're getting it as fresh as possible, not sitting in a warehouse for months.
Yes. We take coffee purity seriously and test our coffees for heavy metals as well as mold and mycotoxins. You can learn more on our dedicated pages:
REWARDS PROGRAM
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for rewards starting at the Single Shot tier (100 points = $5 off) through Quad Shot (500 points = $50 off).
Rewards codes expire one year after they are issued, so make sure to use them before they expire.
In the Koffee Kult subscription portal, use the "Add Discount" field to apply your rewards code before your next order processes. Note that only one discount code can be applied per order — codes cannot be stacked.
