ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ordering from Koffee Kult is straightforward — we roast to order and ship fast. Every order placed before 1 PM EST ships the same day, Monday through Saturday, directly from our roastery in Hollywood, Florida. Free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
We roast and ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 1 PM EST typically ship the same day. Most customers receive their coffee within 24 hours of it leaving the roastery.

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. To see if we ship to your location, simply add your items to cart and enter your address at checkout — available shipping options and rates will display automatically. If no shipping options appear, we're not yet able to ship to that country.

Orders placed on Amazon ship directly from an Amazon warehouse and must be handled through Amazon customer support. We're unable to access or modify Amazon orders from our end. COFFEE & ROASTING
We've been small-batch roasting specialty-grade Arabica coffee in Hollywood, Florida since 2012. Every coffee we offer is roasted to order — never sitting in a warehouse. Whether you're a dark roast devotee, a medium roast explorer, or dialing in espresso, we have something worth waking up for.
All of our coffee is craft roasted right here in Hollywood, Florida. We've been roasting since 2012 and take pride in small-batch quality control on every roast.
Our Light roasts preserve the natural origin flavors of the bean — bright, complex, and nuanced. Medium roasts are balanced with a smooth, well-rounded cup. Dark roasts are bold, rich, and full-bodied with a deep finish. We recommend trying a sample pack if you're not sure where to start.
We do not currently offer USDA organic certified coffee. We source high-quality specialty grade beans and prioritize cup quality, traceability, and freshness above all.
We do not offer flavored coffee. We carry a limited selection of K-Cups in Dark Roast, Medium Roast, and Decaf only — we don't offer other varieties in pod format.
FRESHNESS & QUALITY
Fresh coffee isn't a marketing claim for us — it's the whole point. We roast after you order, ship the same day, and stamp every bag with a roast date. We also third-party test every batch for heavy metals, mold, and mycotoxins. You shouldn't have to wonder what's in your cup.
Whole bean coffee stays fresh for 2–3 weeks after roast. Ground coffee: about 1 week. After that, it's not bad — it's just boring. Flat, dull, no life in the cup.
The enemy isn't time — it's oxygen, light, heat, and moisture. Every bag we ship is nitrogen-flushed before sealing, which displaces oxygen and locks in the aromatics right at peak roast. It buys you a little more runway — but once you crack the bag, the clock starts. Keep your beans in an airtight container, away from sunlight, at room temperature. Not the freezer. Not on top of the fridge.
Because we roast to order, your coffee ships within 24–48 hours of leaving the roaster. No warehouse. No sitting on a shelf for months. You get it at peak freshness — which is why it actually tastes like something.

REWARDS PROGRAM
The Koffee Kult Rewards Program lets you earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts. The more you buy, the more you save — with four reward tiers from Single Shot all the way up to Quad Shot. Points are earned at 1 point per $1 spent and reward codes are valid for one year.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for rewards starting at the Single Shot tier (100 points = $5 off) through Quad Shot (500 points = $50 off).
Rewards codes expire one year after they are issued, so make sure to use them before they expire.
In the Koffee Kult subscription portal, use the "Add Discount" field to apply your rewards code before your next order processes. Note that only one discount code can be applied per order — codes cannot be stacked.

We keep the menu focused on what pairs well with great coffee. We offer a selection of light food and snacks in the café — think the kind of thing you'd want alongside your morning cup. Come in and see what we have going.
We love dogs. Dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio — we keep water bowls out and offer pup cups. Dogs are not permitted inside the café.
We have both indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of room to settle in, open your laptop, and enjoy a cup — we have free WiFi inside.
