The Black Honey Process: This is the most complex of all honey methods. The beans are dried with 100% of the sugary mucilage intact, undergoing a slow, meticulous "turning" process under the sun. This results in a heavy, syrupy sweetness and a deep, fruit-forward complexity that standard coffees cannot achieve.
