Everything we sell is roasted in small batches right here in Hollywood — and roasted to order, not pulled from a warehouse. That means your coffee was roasted days ago, not months.

Whole bean coffee — for the best flavor. Grind right before you brew and taste what fresh really means.

Ground coffee — same fresh-roasted beans, ground for you. Convenience without the months-old staleness of store-bought pre-ground.

Why Fresh-Roasted Beans Matter

Coffee is a fresh product. Within weeks of roasting, beans start losing the aromatics and flavor that make coffee worth drinking. Grocery-store coffee can be months old by the time you brew it — that's why it tastes flat.
