At these heights, the cool mountain nights force the coffee cherries to mature slowly, resulting in a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) with concentrated sugars and unmatched flavor density.

The Artisan Standard: To achieve our signature clean cup, these beans are prepared using the European Preparation (EP) standard.
