Welcome to Koffee Kult! This Privacy Policy explains how Koffee Kult Retail Corp. (“Koffee Kult,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you connect to our guest WiFi network (“WiFi Portal”) at 311 S 21st Ave, Hollywood, FL 33020, using third-party authentication services, including Google and Facebook.

1. Information We Access

When you access the Koffee Kult WiFi Portal, we require you to authenticate your session. If you choose to log in using a third-party provider, we access specific information from those accounts based on your consent, but we do not download or save this profile data to our own databases:

Google User Data: If you authenticate using Google, our application will access the data you have permitted Google to share with us (such as your basic profile information and email address) strictly to verify your identity.
Facebook User Data: If you authenticate using Facebook, we access your basic public profile information and email address strictly to verify your identity.
Device and Network Data: Our local network equipment automatically collects technical information necessary to route traffic and provide the WiFi service, such as your device’s MAC address, IP address, and session duration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information accessed from your Google, Facebook, or other authentication methods strictly for the following purposes:

Authentication and Access: To verify your identity through your chosen provider and grant you access to the Koffee Kult WiFi Portal.
Service Improvement: To analyze general network usage trends and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Koffee Kult does not store your Google or Facebook user data.

Third-Party Storage: When you authenticate using Google or Facebook, your personal data is processed and stored by those respective companies on their own servers. We do not control where their servers are located.
Temporary Session Data: We solely access a temporary authentication token to grant you access to the WiFi Portal for the duration of your visit. We do not retain your Google or Facebook profile information after your session ends.
Network Logs: Any technical device data (such as MAC addresses) temporarily held by our network equipment to maintain your connection is routinely purged every [Insert timeframe, e.g., 24 hours / 7 days].

4. How We Share Your Information

5. Third-Party Services

Our WiFi Portal utilizes Google API Services and Facebook Login for authentication.

Google: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Facebook: Your use of Facebook Login is subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Because your data remains with these providers, we strongly encourage you to review the privacy settings and policies of your respective Google and Facebook accounts.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can revoke Koffee Kult’s access to your Google or Facebook account at any time through your Google Account permissions or your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. (Note: Revoking access will prevent you from using those methods to sign into our WiFi network in the future.)
