Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Cooler

Try something new with this creamy chocolate raspberry coffee cooler! With just a few ingredients and your favorite coffee, you can be sipping on this icy cold drink to cool off and get your caffeine kick! The best part - no artificial ingredients, this is something you can feel good about drinking! This is a low calories, high flavor afternoon pick-me-up you won't want to miss! The 3 p.m. slump each afternoon may cause you to run to your neighborhood coffee shop in search for somethign cold and creamy to drink on to give you that second wind for the day. But if you have a blender and some basic ingredients: cocoa powder, raspberries, coffee and milk, you can skip that trip to the grocery store. For a fraction of the cost you can gey your afternoon buzz without the added guilt sometimes associated with drinking these coolers or frapps. No added calories or artificial sweeteners here!
We recommend using Koffee Kult Medium Roast brewed slightly stronger than what you might normally brew. This is so that you can add the ice cubes and you won't lose the coffee flavor in the drink. Check out our tips on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee
To make this at home you will need:
1 cup coffee. slightly cooled is preferred
1 cup ice
1/2 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, cashew or cow's)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
1-2 tbs. coconut sugar or 1-2 packets stevia
In a large blender, combine all ingredients. If coffee is still hot, add an additional 1/2 cup of ice. Blend until frothy.
Enjoy!
