- 5 tsp (3g) per 8 ounces of water
- Optional add-ins: sweeteners of choice, mint leaves, sliced cucumber/fruit
Instructions
- Empty the loose-leaf tea into your pitcher and pour room temperature water or cold water.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate. Steep 4 to 6 hours.
- Strain the loose-leaf tea out of the pitcher by pouring the tea through a fine mesh sieve and discard tea.
- Serve tea as is, or enhance with add-ins and enjoy! (Tea will refrigerate well for 3-5 days)
