PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Jorge Mario Correa Gonzalez is a coffee farmer who took part in the 8th annual National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia Land of Diversity competition. There were 2,500 coffees in total, however; only the 20 best coffees went to auction, including this exquisite specialty-grade coffee from Antioquia, Colombia.

Jorge Mario has been a coffee grower for 30 years. He is motivated by the quality of the coffee and environmental care. His family is made up of three brothers. His dream is to establish a school that promotes environmental conservation in the municipality of Támesis, so that the rural communities can learn how to make better use of natural resources by promoting their conservation.

As a result of its full natural process, coupled with rich growing conditions, this bourbon specialty-grade coffee features incredible fruity notes that include peach, cherry, red apple and apricot. It's well balanced in its acidity and body.
