    RETURN POLICY

    Oh No! NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? READ BELOW FOR KOFFEE KULTS RETURN POLICY.

    30-Day Return Policy
    If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return any unused item in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip.

    Coffee purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from.
    Distributor's return policies apply.

    Returns
    Here’s what you have to do:

    1. Request a Return Authorization by emailing info@koffeekult.com and sending your name and order number. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number.
    2. Properly Package in the Original packaging for return.
    3. Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization # obtained from Koffee Kult.
    4. Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, USPS or UPS) to:

    Refunds
    Your Refund will be Issued within 1 business day of receipt.
    Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.

    Returning from a Retailer or GPC Dealer
    If you bought a Koffee Kult product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
