30-Day Return Policy

Not satisfied? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be purchased directly from KoffeeKult.com — we're unable to process returns for orders placed through Amazon, retail partners, or other distributors. For those purchases, contact the seller directly.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@koffeekult.com with your name and order number. We'll send you a Return Authorization Number. Ship your package prepaid, insured, and trackable (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to:

Refunds

Refunds are issued within one business day of receiving your return, credited back to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special or custom orders are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns.
