The Origin: Nestled in the shadows of the Nevado de Huila volcano, the department of Huila is the crown jewel of Colombian coffee. Our beans are sourced from elite family-owned farms in Garzon, Pitalito, and Neiva, where high altitudes (up to 1,900m) slow the maturation of the cherry, packing every bean with complex sugars.

The Micro-Mill Difference: Unlike mass-produced Colombian coffee, our Huila is processed at individual micro-wet mills right on the farm. This allows each family to hand-sort and meticulously dry-process their own harvest, ensuring a level of quality and flavor consistency that commercial mills can't match.

Wow great flavor

I absolutely love this coffee, smooth, lots of flavor, not bitter. I bought 2 pounds of it to try and fell in love with it. I recently bought 8 more pounds. Try it out and you will see. I use an old school Moccamaster drip brewer and let the coffee bloom them I switch over to let it drip into the carafe.
