Heavier body without the brightness. Colombia Huila is the move if you want something rich but not aggressive. It's a well balanced coffee.
Full Natural Process
Sweet and Chocolate-Lean
Beans dried with the fruit still on. Brazil Cerrado falls here. Expect more sweetness, more body, chocolate and nut notes.
Dark Roast Single Origin
Bold Without the Brightness
Sumatra Mandheling, wet-hulled and sun-dried, with baker's chocolate, cinnamon, low acidity and a syrupy texture.
