This coffee is an arabica bean processed using the honey method in the the Cauca region of Colombia. This is one of our favorite coffees of the year. We took it and aged it in a Jack Daniels Bourbon Barrel. When brewed, this coffee offers a cup with fruity notes and a hint of bourbon.
